Please complete the form in the Contact section and include any questions.
You can book your tentative due date and then we will change your date based on your baby's arrival. It is highly recommended that you book your session at least 3 months in advance to assure your due date is available on our schedule.
Newborn babies are so tiny! And they grow so quickly! It’s easy as parents to get so wrapped up in caring for these precious gifts that we quickly forget all of the tiny details- the curve of their lips, the smoothness of their skin, their precious tiny eyelashes. These portraits are oftentimes the only reminder of how small they once were. Newborn and first-year portraits also serve a different purpose- allowing your child to see what they looked like when they were too small to remember it themselves. Children enjoy seeing their past documented!
We offer a selection of two studios (Brookline + Point Breeze) which are both set up for the sweetest little baby sessions. We think you'll love our gorgeous newborn closet complete with plenty of props, linens & textures to create beautiful baby art. If you have a lot of questions and would like to set up a call, please indicate that in your inquiry. Facetime is also available to virtually tour the spaces and newborn closet.
It is HIGHLY recommended that you book your session 3 months prior to your due date to insure availability. However, if you find yourself last minute deciding to book a session, that’s okay too! Every photographer is different, but I have had great success with babies far beyond the traditional recommended window of 7-10 days old. I prefer newborn sessions to take place during the third week of life for a variety of reasons, but I have done sessions with babies all the way up to 10 weeks old without any issue delivering beautiful baby art. They only get cuter as they get older. Don’t trick yourself into thinking you missed your window! These memories are just so precious and fleeting.
